Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated:

1. Permitted use

Inkvoice Cloud is for issuing legitimate business invoices, quotes, and payment records to customers you have a real commercial relationship with. The free tier is for small businesses and individuals; paid tiers extend that to higher volumes.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Issue invoices for goods or services that violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.
  • Send unsolicited email (spam) through the Service, including through the SMTP server you connect to your workspace.
  • Bill customers for charges they did not agree to (any form of unauthorised billing).
  • Process payments related to fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned parties.
  • Upload malware, run automated scrapers against other tenants, or attempt to break tenant isolation.
  • Reverse-engineer the proprietary cloud overlay or attempt to extract operational secrets.
  • Resell access to Inkvoice Cloud as if it were your own service without a written agreement.

3. Email deliverability

Invoices, quotes, and reminders from your workspace are sent through the SMTP server connected to your workspace, so their deliverability depends on that provider. Our own system emails (sign-up verification, password resets, and account notices) are sent from noreply@cloud.inkvoice.app. If email sent through the Service leads to spam complaints or abuse reports, we may disable your workspace's email sending or suspend the workspace.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, scheduled deletion, or termination. Our 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to retain audit-log data for the period required by law even after a workspace is deleted.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe another tenant on Inkvoice Cloud is violating this policy, write to support@inkvoice.app.
